Mr. Zhao joined Cold Bore in 2020. Before joining Cold Bore, Mr. Zhao was a Financial Analyst within Apria Healthcare’s Corporate Development group where he worked directly with upper management to evaluate and execute M&A transactions, coordinate integration, and assist in strategic planning. Before joining Apria, Mr. Zhao spent time as a Transaction Advisory Analyst at Duff & Phelps providing advice to buy-side clients and preparing valuation analyses. Prior to Duff & Phelps, Mr. Zhao served six years in the U.S. Navy, where he was promoted through the ranks as a Non-Commissioned Officer. During his military service, Mr. Zhao held leadership positions supervising aviation technicians and managing division training & licensing programs. He is an alumnus of the Haas School of Business from University of California, Berkeley (BS) and a CFA® Charterholder.
