Mr. Tombaugh joined Cold Bore in 2019. Mr. Tombaugh brings over 20 years of corporate development and M&A experience. Between 2014 and 2019, Mr. Tombaugh was the Senior VP of Corporate Development for Information Resources, Inc (“IRI”), a corporate market research provider where he led over 15 M&A and partnership transactions. Before joining IRI, Mr. Tombaugh spent 12 years at Accenture where he led over 20 acquisition and minority investments worth over $1 billion in aggregate value. Mr. Tombaugh began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he spent six years performing financial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyer clients in the Transaction Services and Audit groups. Mr. Tombaugh is an alumnus of the University of Toledo (BBA) and Louisiana State University (MBA) Mr. Tombaugh is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and Certified Public Accountant.
