Mr. Barnett joined Cold Bore in 2019. Prior to joining Cold Bore, Mr. Barnett was a Senior Associate within Citi’s Investment Banking Division, where he covered the industrials sector. During his time at Citi, Mr. Barnett gained experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, and shareholder activism advisory. Before joining Citi, Mr. Barnett served for six years in the U.S. Army, where he was a Military Intelligence Officer and an Infantry Officer. During his military service, Mr. Barnett held myriad leadership positions such as Ranger Platoon leader and Lead Intelligence Officer. He is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS) and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School (MBA).
