Ms. Lambropoulos joined Cold Bore in 2021 as an Operating Partner. She is focused on advising and managing financial and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Additionally, Ms. Lambropoulos is heavily engaged in evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Cold Bore, Ms. Lambropoulos served as the Vice President of Portfolio Finance at New Harbor Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm. During this time, she played a key role in financial and operational due diligence, implementing finance and accounting system controls, finance organizational development, post-merger integration, and reporting. Ms. Lambropoulos worked in controllership positions at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and Athletico Physical Therapy. As well as strong M&A experience, she has an extensive accounting background having performed audits, controllership services, and tax preparation at Abrams & Steinberg. Ms. Lambropoulos is a licensed CPA and holds a B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from DePaul University.
